摘要
文章对财务管理案例中教学效果的影响因素及教学效果的测定方法进行了探讨。认为课程的教学目的、财务理论、财务案例、教师和学生的个性特征是影响财务管理案例教学效果的主要因素,并建议以SEEQ量表测定财务管理案例教学的效果。
This paper is a discussion on factors influencing the effectiveness of case study-based teaching of cooperate finance and its assessment . The authors hold that factors influencing the effectiveness of case study-based teaching of cooperate finance and its assessment include the target of instruction, finance theories, finance cases, individualitiy of instructor and student. For assessing the effectiveness of case study-based teaching of cooperate finance, the SEEQ chart is recommended.
