Promoting Awareness and Practices of Reform in Tertiary Vocationaland Professional Educational Models

文章从高职教育人才培养的理念出发,阐述了高职培养目标的定位,从突出素质和能力两个重点,构建理论教学、实践教学、素质教育三个体系,推进人才培养模式的改革,并需建立激励保障机制以确保人才培养模式改革顺利推进。

Starting from beliefs in tertiary vocational and professional education, this article deals with positioning of tertiaryvocational and professional educational targets. The article focuses on two core issues, including quality and competence anddevelops three constructs in the system, including theoretical teaching, practical models and calls for the establishment of incen-tive and assurance mechanism to ensure the development of reforms in educational models.
