Discussion of Interface Management in Execution of Construction Enterprise Quality Management System

施工企业在质量体系实施过程中,产生接口具有必然性。接口管理,尤其是模糊接口管理不当会给企业带来严重后果。实施接口管理较为可行的方法是通过实施企业流程再造以减少接口,而对剩下来的必要接口则需通过分配和落实质量职能的形式予以有效克服。

There must be interfaces when construction enterprises execute their quality management systems.Improper interface management, especially improper fuzzy interface management,must make sever consequences for these enterprises.A feasible executing interface management method is to rebuild enterprise workflows in order to reduce interfaces and to assign and confirm quality functions in order to effectively manage other necessary interfaces.
