摘要
野生于泰山柳树上的黄伞是种名贵的食、药两用真菌 ,为将其驯化实现人工栽培 ,对其生物学特性、菌种的分离、培养、选育及各级菌种培养基和栽培料配方的选择等进行了观察、研究和试验。经几年的努力 ,基本掌握了泰山黄伞生长发育需要的各种条件 ,选育出H1、H3、H6三个速生高产、生物学效率可达 2 0 0 %左右的优质菌株。经大量栽培证明 ,泰山黄伞优质高产 ,适应性强 ,适于在全国推广。
The fungus of pholiota adipose(Fr.)Quèl is famous both for edible and medicinal values.In order to cultrivate the fungus artificially,researches are conducted to study the biology,seleetion and breeding methods,and cultural mediums.The various environment conditions needed for normal growth were made clear and understood.Three excellent strains,H1,H3 and H6,were selected and tested.Their biological efficiency can reach about 200% The results show that this fungus are of many good characters such as high yiecd,excellent quality and wide adaptablity
