摘要
介绍了电子束轰击炉高压直流电源的工作原理,分析了大功率电子枪高压放电现象,并提出了抑制放电电流,降低其危害性的方法。
The principle of a high voltage DC power supply for the electron beam bombarding furnace is reported, and the discharge phenomena which occurs in the electron beam gun are discussed in the paper. A method of limiting the discharging current is also presented.
