摘要
阐述了产生大气压下辉光放电的几种方法。在直流电场中,通过改变阴极的结构,抑制了辉光放电向弧光放电的过渡,从而实现大气压下辉光放电;在交流电场中,利用介质阻挡层和高频激励源,可获得稳定均匀的大气压下辉光放电。
Some methods of generating atmospheric-pressure glow discharge are described. In DC electrical field, by means of changing the structure of cathode, the glow-to-arc transition is prevented, and the glow discharge is stabilized. In AC electrical field, the stable homogeneous glow discharge will appear by using dielectric barrier layer and high-frequency power source.
