运用轨迹灵敏度的电力系统动态安全控制 被引量:14

摘要 根据Banach空间范数的定义,提出了电力系统运行状态与控制目标之间的距离指标的概念。在故障后系统轨迹灵敏度理论的基础上进一步拓展,提出了将上述距离对可控的系统运行变量的灵敏度矢量的概念,并指出按此灵敏度矢量可以实现电力系统的动态安全控制。对所提出的运用轨迹灵敏度的电力系统动态安全控制问题给出了算法,并在IEEE 4机11节点试验系统上进行了计算。计算结果表明了该动态安全控制方案的有效性。 According to the definition of norms in Banach spaces a concept of distance index between the operation status and the control objective is put forward. As a further extension to the trajectory sensitivity theory for post-fault power system, a sensitivity vector of the above mentioned distance vs. controllable operation variables in a system is researched and it is pointed out that with this sensitivity vector the dynamic security control of power system can be implemented. The algorithm for dynamic security control of power system by use of the presented sensitivity vector is given. The results of calculation example for IEEE test system with 11 bus and 4 generators show that the presented dynamic security control method is effective.
