摘要
研究温度对黄瓜钝绥螨种群指数的影响,以防治对象茶黄螨为食,在23、25、28、30、31℃5组温度下组建实验种群生命表,并分析了净增殖率、内禀增长率、周限增长率、种群加倍需要天数、平均世代时间等生命参数与温度间的关系。25℃时黄瓜钝绥螨产卵量、产卵率、净增殖率、内禀增长率和周限增长率最大,分别达28.0952、0.7892、14.2380、0.1765、1.1930;寿命和产卵期最长,各为31.8947和30.5872天;而种群加倍需要天数最短,仅为3.6348天。结果表明:该温度是黄瓜钝绥螨种群生长和扩增的最适温度。
The effects of temperature on the population parameters of Amblyseius cucumeris were studied. The experimental population life tables of A. cucumeris with Polyphagotarsonemus lotus as the prey were constructed at 23, 25, 28, 30 and 31℃. The relations between temperature and population parameters such as net reproductive rate ( R0) , intrinsic rate of natural increase ( rm) , finite rate of increase ( λ ) , time for population to double (t) and mean generation time ( T) were discussed. The results showed that total fecundity, fecundity rate, net reproductive rate (R0) , intrinsic rate of natural increase ( rm ) and finite rate of increase ( λ ) of A. cucumeris had the highest values at 25℃, near to 28. 0952, 0.7892, 14.2380,0.1765, 1. 1930 respectively. The longevity and ovipositing periods were longest at 25℃ , last 31. 8947 and 30.5872 days in average. The time for population to double (t) had the lowest value 3.6348 at 25℃. So, 25℃ was estimated to be the optimum temperature for the development and reproduction of A. cucumeris.
