高线调度控制的主要任务是控制加热炉的出钢节奏和轧机的轧制节奏 ,使之保持一致。文章分析影响宝钢高线调度精度的诸多因素 ,并逐一提出改进措施 ,最终实现线材最佳调度控制。

The main purpose of dispatching control at the wire rod mill is to keep the discharging pace of the furnace consistent with the rolling pace of the mill.Various factors involved in the dispatching control are analyzed,and corresponding measures are brought forward.Finally,the optimum dispatching control is fulfilled.
