摘要
本文在发掘和清理宋盐史料的基础上，概述了宋代盐商的类型、经营方式和活动踪迹，又考察了不同时期和不同地区的食盐价格，统计了商盐和官盐的利润率，并以徽宗时期为例，论述了一代盐商的盛衰跌宕。其中所反映的古代官、商关系，很值得人们注意。
Abstract In the paper,the tradesmen's type and their managemental method were described.The writer also studed the salt price in different regions.He took the period of Hut Zong as example to describe the rise amd downs of salt merchants.
