生白能(重组人粒细胞—巨噬细胞集落刺激因子)对肿瘤化疗所致中性粒细胞减少的临床疗效观察

Evaluation of GM-CSF in Cancer Chemotherapy

15例经病理检查证实的恶性肿瘤,包括肺癌、恶性淋巴瘤、胃癌分别应用3种不同的联合化疗,并在第一和第二疗程中分别不用或加用生白能,比较二个疗程中患者中性粒细胞绝对数(ANC)的动态变化,结果证实,生白能可提高患者ANC的平均水平,缩短粒细胞缺乏的持续时间和促进ANC的恢复,而不良副反应较轻,可作为肿瘤化疗中有价值的辅助药物。

15 cases of malignancies including lung cancer, malignant lymphoma and gastric cancer were treated with three different combination chemotherapy. Each patient received one treatment (with GM-CSF) and one cycle (without GM-CSF). The change of absolute neutrophil count (ANC) during chemotherapy course between treatment cycles and control cy-cles.were compared. The results demonstrated that GM-CSF could increase ANC, shorten the period of neutropenia and en-hanc neutrophil recovery. The toxicities were mild. The study comfirmed the value of GM-CSF as a valuable adjuvant in cancer chemotherapy.
