低氧照射小鼠胸腔后气管及食管的病理变化 被引量:2

摘要 本文观察了低氧条件下照射小鼠胸腔后气管及食管的病理变化。结果表明,低氧对小鼠气管及食管有一定的放射防护作用,对临床上低氧放疗胸部肿瘤有一定的指导意义。 One hundred and fifty mature mice were divided into three groups:control,radiation only and hypoxia radiation in which the mice inhaled 10% oxygen gas mixture two minutes before irradiation to the end of radiation. Each mouse lying on back, 2×3cm2 radiation field over the whole thorax was radiated with 10MV X-ray. The radiation doses were 3,6,9,12,15 and 18Gy.respectively. The mice were sacrificed on the first,seventh and twenty-eighth day after the radiation. The mouse bronchus and esophagus in each group were studied by light- microscopy. The results indicated that the 10. 5% oxygen hy poxia mixture can reduce the radiation damage in mouse bronchus and esophagus.
