肿瘤细胞因子基因治疗的研究进展
摘要
一、概述 基因治疗是目前医学生物学研究的热点之一。随着分子生物学的发展,遗传工程技术的更新,分子克隆、分子杂交、DNA序列分析、以及PCR等技术的建立,为遗传工程在医学上的应用提供了可能。一方面使我们渐渐认识到很多疾病及病理现象有其本身的基因基础,另一方面就是基因治疗的进展。
