采用纸色谱法分离发酵液中L-亮氨酸。并从滤纸的准备、展开剂的配比、展开方向(方式)等方面进行了实验研究,确定了分离发酵液中L-亮氨酸的最佳实验条件。

The paper chromatography method is used to separate L-leucine from fermented liquor.Some experiments are carried out to study the preparation of filter paper,the proportions of developing agents and the direction (or way) of developing and so on.The best conditions of experiments are determined to separate L-leucine from fermented liquor.
