摘要
以保证滩涂养殖生物安全为前提,结合婆罗囊螺生态特点,笔者于2002年4月-11月间开展了高锰酸钾、氢氧化钠、生石灰、茶皂素等14种常规化学试剂对婆罗囊螺杀灭效果的比较研究,筛选出杀灭婆罗囊螺的合适药物及其有效浓度,并据此进行区域围隔应用技术研究,提出了婆罗囊螺药物防治技术要点。
On the premise of that of ensuring the mudflat aquaculture safety,combining with the Retusa borneensis ecological characteristics,from April 2002 to November 2002,the author carried out the comparison research of effects of killing Retusa borneensis with 14 kinds of regular chemical reagent including potassium permanganates,soda lye,quicklime,tea saponin,and screened out the suitable medicament and its effective concentration,and on the basis of this outcome,carried out application technological research in the enclosed region and put forward Retusa borneensis′s pharmacy prevention and cure technique regulations.
