摘要
介绍了海洋地理信息系统中坐标及向量转换的过程,同时以扩散范围和潮流为例,论述了不同投影方式下的海洋数值计算结果在GIS中的转换,扩大了GIS的应用范围,提高了精度。将其应用于溢油应急反应系统中,取得了较好的结果。
The paper studied the projection conversion of graphic and its application in marine numerical prediction based on GIS, then introduced the projection conversion of result of marine numerical prediction in GIS. Later useing these methods in Oil Spill Response Information System,the result of conversion proved that the methods listed in the paper is available and improve the accuracy and availability of GIS.
