应用SOS/Umu试验评价烷基酚类化合物的致突变性 被引量:3

摘要 采用SOS/Umu显色试验研究了对甲基苯酚、4-乙基苯酚、4-辛基苯酚和4-壬基苯酚4个烷基酚类化合物的致突变性。结果表明:在SOS/Umu试验中,4个受试物均可以诱发SOS阳性反应,且呈明显的剂量—效应关系,表明这4个受试物具有致突变活性。试验同时显示这种致突变活性与受试物烷基的碳原子数目有一定的关系。这种致突变活性可能是此类化合物对生物机体具有雌激素活性的基础。 In order to evaluate the mutation effect of the alkyl-hydroxybenzene, SOS/Umu chromotest was applied to 4 samples.In the SOS/Umu chromotest,the 4 samples such as p-methyl-phenol,4-ethyl-phenol,4-nonyl-phenol and 4-octyl-phenol could induce the SOS reaction.The results indicated that the 4 alkyl-hydroxybenzene had mutation effect,which was better relationship to the concentration of them.The research showed that the number of the carbon atoms in the alkyl-hydroxybenzene affected the results of SOS/Umu chromotest,and the mutation effect was the basis that could cause the estrogenic activity to the organisms.
