Effects of two crown margin designs on expression of IL-6 and TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid

目的 :探索修复体边缘位置对牙周组织的影响。方法 :在严格限定轴面外形、边缘适合性、牙周状况等方面的情况下 ,选取烤瓷熔附金属全冠 2 2例 ,分为龈下组和平龈组 ,在修复后 1个月和 6个月时 ,用WhatmanI号滤纸采集龈沟液。用ELISA法对GCF中的肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)以及白介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )进行测定。结果 :已修复牙的局部龈沟液中IL - 6和TNF -α较修复前都有显著增高 ,TNF -α的浓度龈下边缘组比平龈组增加更为明显 ,而IL - 6在两组间没有明显差别。结论

AIM:To explore the effect of location of crown margin on periodontal tissue.METHODS:Under circumstances of strictly limiting crown axial contour, margin discrepancy and periodontal conditions,porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns,22 cases were screened and divided into two groups:subgingival and gingival crest.One mouth and 6th mouth after cementation ,gingival crevicular fluid was obtained by WhatmanI filter paper strips and IL-6 and TNF-α level was detected by ELISA method.RESULTS:After inserting crowns,both TNF-α and IL-6 concentrations increased, and the TNF-α level of subgingival group was higher than that of gingival crest group, while the level of IL-6 was of no significant difference.CONCLUSION: Subgingal margin may affect levels of some cytokines in GCF.
