摘要
三峡大坝浇筑块体尺寸大,电站厂房、永久船闸、升船机等建筑物结构型式复杂,多为钢筋混凝土结构,加之三峡地区夏季气候炎热,气温骤降频繁,从而,三峡工程温控防裂任务极为艰巨。拌和系统作为混凝土温度控制的第一道防线,其制冷的主要目的是控制混凝土出机口温度,如何成功地控制混凝土出机口温度,是整个混凝土温控成败的关键。
The TGP dam is concreted in massive blocks, the reinforced concrete powerhouse, permanent locks and ship lift are complicated in structure, and it is hot and frequently drops abruptly during summer in the Three Gorges area. Therefore it is a challenge to control concrete temperature and prevent concrete from cracking. As the first line of defense for concrete temperature control, the main purpose of mixing system's refrigeration is to control the exit temperature of concrete, and this is the key link of successful control of concrete temperature.
