摘要
针对工业零件的加工中经常有在某种零件上加工有多个相似部件的情况,以单张影像上的多个相似目标的识别与定位为目的,在通过模板匹配确定相似目标的初始位置后,利用所有相似目标的图象生成标准模板,使用标准模板与各相似目标的图象进行最小二乘影像匹配,以进行精确定位。然后通过直接线性变换求得各目标的物方坐标并与真实坐标进行比较,结果表明达到了要求的精度,从而表明通过在最小二乘影像匹配中使用标准模板对多个相似目标进行高精度定位的方法是可行的。
According to the occasion of processing several similar components in a industrial part,this article has proposed a way to identify and locate several similar targets in a digital photo of the part. After acquiring the targets' approximate locations through Template Matching, the way utilizes a standard template image generated from the images of all the similar targets to match with the original targets' images, and Least-Square Matching is used in order to get high accuracy. Experiments are made to testify the method, calculating the targets' object coordinates through Direct Linear Transformation. The outcome achives required accuracy,indicating the way is practical.
