摘要
用最小光程法计算出Goos-Hanchen位移和倏逝波的穿透深度.得出的结论是:不同偏振态的入射光其倏逝波的Goos-Hanchen位移和穿透深度不同,入射光的平行偏振p分量的穿透深度和Goos-Hanchen位移是垂直偏振s分量的n12倍.
Goos - Hanchen displacement and evanescent wave' s depth penetration are calculated through the principle of minimum optical path. The conclusions are come out wiich the incident light with different polarization has not the same Goos-Hanchen displacement and depth penetration, the parallel p component' s Goos-Hanchen displacement and depth penetration are n21 times of the perpendicular s component.
