摘要
数据业务服务商为提高其竞争力应制定合理的价格策略,建立基于数据挖掘的客户关系管理系统(CRM)是定价决策的重要基础和依据.首先介绍了数据挖掘及其在客户关系管理(CRM)中的应用以及通过数据挖掘对客户进行分析的一般步骤.然后对数据业务中客户行为作了详细的分析,在此基础上给出了数据业务的定价决策的流程和应考虑的关键因素.
In order to enhance its profitability when competing with its competitors, DSP (Data Service provider) has to take a justified and profitable pricing strategy. Therefore, building a data-mining-based CRM system is of great necessity and thus becoming the foundation on which pricing strategies firmly relies. First, DM technology and its applications in CRM are introduced and the steps through which DM is applied to the analysis of Customers are discussed. With focus on data service, a great detailed examination of the customer's behaviors is presented, followed by analyzing the decision-making process of pricing on Data Service. Finally, some key factors involved in the pricing strategy are also addressed.
