摘要
就Silpalon腈纶筒子纱用阳离子染料染色过程中容易出现的色花问题进行分析.简述了从理想水质的酸性染浴中,选择性能好的染料,合适的缓染剂用量和pH值,控制好染色温度和泵的扬程流量等具体措施来取得良好的匀染效果,提高了产品质量.
The problem of uneven dyeing was studied during the dyeing of acrylic fiber cheese with cationic dyes. By choosing right dyestuffs and adjusting the pH value of dyeing bath, the dyeing temperature and the outflow of pump, excellent levelling effects can be achieved in acid dye bath with soft water as well as the qualities of products can be improved.
