化疗对急性白血病患者INF-γ、IL-12表达关系的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Chemotherapy on the Expression Relationship of Serum IL-12 and INF-r in the Patients with Acute Leukemia and Their Clinical Significances

摘要 目的:研究化疗对急性白血病(AL)患者体内γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介索12(IL-12)表达水平的影响及体内IFN-γ、IL-12水平变化关系。方法:选择住院化疗急性白血病病例为研究对象,去除合并心、肝、肾疾病及化疗前或化疗过程中出现感染的病例,初治、复发AL组15例(男性10例,女性5例,年龄8-81岁,平均39.96岁)。缓解后AL组15例(男性9例,女性6例,年龄9-78岁,平均41.75岁)。检测患者化疗前后血清内IFN-γ、IL-12(ELISA法)水平。结果:初治、复发AL组IL-12化疗后较化疗前明显升高(P<0.005),IFN-γ则明显降低.化疗前后INF-γ与IL-12间无相关性。缓解后AL组IL-12、IFN-γ化疗后较化疗前均明显降低(P<0.001),化疗前INF与IL-12间正相关、化疗后两者间无相关。结论:化疗对急性白血病患者体内IL-12、IFN-γ表达有一定的影响。 Objective: To investigate the relationship of serum interleukin 12(IL-12)and interferon-gamma ( INF-γ) level in the patients with acute leukemia (AL) and observe its change during those AL patients chemotherapy. Methods: The serum concentration of IL-12 and INF-y was indirectly tested by Elisa method, all patients except some AL patients with the heart, liver, kidney disease arid infective disease before or during their chemotherapy, the untreated or relapsed AL group has 15 cases (male 10 cases, female 5 cases, age 8 - 81 years, average 39.96 years. ) .The CR (complete remission) AL group has 15 cases (male 9 cases, female 6 cases, age9-78 years,average 41 .75 years) , the levels of IL-12 and INF-yof the CR group and the untreated or relapsed AL group before and after their chemotherapy were compared and analyzed. Results: After chemotherapy, the level of IFN-yof the untreated or relapsed AL group decreased, but the level of IL-12 of the untreated or relapsed AL group increased. In the CR AL group, chemotherapy make IFN-yand IL-12 decreased. The IFN-r and IL-12 reveal significant relationship only in AL CR group before chemotherapy. Conclusions:Chemotherapy can effect the expression of IFN - γ, IL-12 in the AL patients and depress their immunity.
