摘要
目的 :探讨无痛技术在鼻中隔内窥镜手术中应用的效果 ;方法 :应用前瞻性随机分组方法将 1 2 0例患者随机分为三组 :Ⅰ组为咪唑安定复合丙泊酚组 ,Ⅱ组为芬太尼复合丙泊酚组 ,Ⅲ组为对照组 ,进行临床分析 ;结果 :应用无痛技术组 (Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组 ) ,麻醉效果明显优于对照组 ;结论 :无痛技术在鼻中隔内窥镜手术中的应用 ,能减轻病人的痛苦 ,提高手术的质量。
Objective: To evaluate effects of the painless technique on septal operation with endoscope; Methods: A prospective study 120 cases were randomly divided into three groups:The groupⅠ(Midazolam+Propofol) , The groupⅡ (Fentanyl+Propofol ) , The group Ⅲ as control group; Results: The effect of anesthesia was better in the two test groups than that in control group. Conclusion: It can release greatly the pain and improve the success of operation in operating patients that the painless technique is applied to septal operation with endoscope.
