摘要
采用C1 8,色谱柱 ,以甲醇 +乙腈 +三乙胺水溶液为流动相 ,在 2 4 5nm紫外波长下对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐进行反相高效液相色谱分析。以外标法测定 ,本方法变异系数为10 .5% ,回收率为 98.1%～ 10 0 .3% ,线形相关系数为 0 .9998,是一种快速、准确的分析方法。
The method for quanfitaftve analysis of emamesin ben zo ate was established by HPLC with C 18 coloumn at UV 245nm using methanol,a cet onitrile and third lamine as mobile phase,The results of external standard meth od showed that the coefsficient of variation and ratio of recovery were 10.5% and 98.1% ～100.3% respectively,the linear corrclation was 0.9998,The meth od is an effective and fast measure for determination of emamestin bezoate techn ical.
