摘要
介绍了细菌中水平基因转移、转移途径 (转化、接合和转导 )以及细菌遗传转化即自然条件中的转化、自然遗传转化及人工转化等研究进展 。
In this paper,the outline of recent studies on horizontal gene transfer,transfor mer line (transformation,linking and transformer induce) and genetic transformation of bacteria natural transformation,natural gene transformation an d artifical transformation was summarized, and the pertinence between bacteri al genetic transformation and horizontal genetic transformation was also discuss ed.
