This paper analysis the articals on setting up column , statistics of anther′s general situation , stagnant of time in publish an academic paper, fou ndation , proportion of articals numbers between inside the Un iversity and outside the University of 《Journal of South-Central University fo r Nationalities 》 (natural science edition) in 1998~2002.
