改革开放以来,延安特色文化产业依托当地得天独厚的人文资源优势,得到了迅速的发展,并初步展示出民间艺术百花齐放、文物旅游方兴未艾、文化市场日趋繁荣、演艺市场不断复苏的现实格局;但制约延安特色文化产业发展的主客观因素仍然很多,我们必须认真分析,寻找对策,从思想观念、政策植入、机制创新、职能转变、理论研究和地方特色等方面进行深入研究,在实践中大胆开拓,走出一条使延安特色文化产业不断前进、有序升级的发展道路。

According to its advantages of the special human and natural resourses,Yanan's special cultural property has been developed quite quickly since reform and opening.Meanwhile,it also has shown the setups,letting a hundred flowers blossom in folk art,being in the ascendant in cultural relics and traveling.The cultural market is becoming brisker day by day.The show market has continuously come back to life.But the objective elements,which restrict the development of Yanan's special cultural property,has still been evident.Therefore,we must analyse carefully,look for countermeasures.We should go deep into researches,open up boldly in our ideas,policies,the renewing of mechanisms,introducing changes in functions,theoretical researches and local features as well.We should walk out away in practice,the way makes Yanan special cultural property develop constantly and go up orderly.
