十年来官本位问题研究综述

The general statements on official standard consciousness in last ten years

官本位作为中国官文化的核心内容,仍然存在于现行的政治体制以及人们的思想行为当中。十年来官本位问题的研究有持续升温趋势,到党的十五届五中全会后达到一个高潮。笔者检索了十年来的研究成果,试就官本位问题研究的状况及官本位的内涵,在当前社会中的表现、危害、产生的原因,克服官本位的对策等作一简要综述。

Official standard consciousness is the main content of Chinese official culture.It still in the political system today and in people's mind,it has effect on the behaviors and disciplines of the CCP,does harm to the relation between the CCP and the people,and makes a block of market economy and democratic procedure,therefore it's a hot topic which is focused on by many theory writers and carders.In the past ten years it has been paid more and more attention to until the 5th plenary session of the 15th the Party General Committee.The author gave a general statements on its intension,phenomena,harm and solution during the studied achievements in the last 10 years.
