Trust-agent is the key part of the governance structure of enterprises.Based on the theories of trust-agent and on the analysis of the partularity of trust-agent relationship in state-owned enterprises,the article points out that the reform of administrative system of state-owned capital is the key to the solutions to the problems of trust-agent in state-owned enterprises.It is of great necessity to promote the reform of administrative system of state-owned capital,if we want to perfect to governance stracture in state-owned enterpries.
