Market competition ultimately embodies the competition of enterprise culture.CIS plays an important role in enterprise culture's formation and development.The moulding of CID can not be splitted from the construction of enterprise culture.Once CID is separated from enterprise culture,it will turn into a dish of incohesive sand with no subject,no goal,no core.So we say the construction of CID should be accomplished under the guidance of enterprise culture.
