摘要
公共权力来源于人民,应该用来为人民谋利益。而有权力的人容易滥用权力,所以必须强化对权力的监督制约。要有效地对权力进行监督制约,就必须完善监督制约机制:人民群众的监督是基础党内监督是关键法律监督是保障。
Public power stems from people,should be used for the interests of people.The person who has power is apt to abuse power,so must strengthen the supervision restriction of power.Supervise and restrict power effectively,must perfect and supervise the mechanism of restraining from:the people's supervision is foundations,the inner-party supervises is a key,legal supervision is the guarantee.
