New Technology for Preparation of Lower-sulfuric Expandable Graphite

摘要 研究了一种以天然磷片石墨为原料 ,硫酸和硝酸的混酸为氧化剂 ,癸醇为还原剂 ,制备低硫可膨胀石墨的新工艺。确定了可膨胀石墨的最佳制备条件 :石墨与硫酸、硝酸、癸醇的质量比为 1∶3∶2∶0 1 ,反应时间为 40min,反应温度 60℃。在此条件下制得的可膨胀石墨的硫含量小于1 % ,膨胀容积达 3 3 0mL/g。 A new technology for preparation of lower-sulfuric expandable graphite was presented, which used natural flake graphite as raw material, sulfuric acid and nitric acid as oxidant, and decanol as reducing agent. The optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows: mass ratio of natural graphite to sulfuric acid, nitric acid and decanol 1∶3∶2∶0.1,reaction time 40 min,and reaction temperature 60 ℃. The sulfur content of the prepared expandable graphite was less than 1% and the expanded volume was 330 mL/g.
