To well run the socialist institutions of higher learning, it its essential to implement the thought of 'Three Represents'and further define the ideas on running the institutes ; to act on the requirements of 'Two Musts'and further strengthen the building of the way of thinking ; and to keep a firm hand on the development , the presents 'First Crucial Task',and further improve teaching and scientific research.
