我国社会主义建设是一个崭新的事业,毛泽东提出走适合本国国情的社会主义道路,要以农轻重为序发展国民经济;反对关起门来搞建设。毛泽东对外开放思想有局限性,但为改革开放奠定了基础。毛泽东社会主义建设的理论是探索有中国特色社会主义道路的良好开端。

The socialism construction was a brand-new cause in China when Mao Ze-dong declared it was the direction and vocation for the whole Chinese people after the establishment of the People's Republic of China. The thought of Mao Ze-dong's socialism construction was somehow confined to the time's limit, but it laid the foundation of the later open policy.
