摘要
目的 探讨肺细支气管肺泡癌对1 8氟脱氧葡萄糖 (FDG)的摄取特点。方法 对 1998年 12月至 2 0 0 2年 4月间 2 2例肺细支气管肺泡癌病人的FDG 正电子发射体层显像 (PET)检查资料进行分析 ,测取病变组织的最大与平均标准摄取值 (SUVmax与SUVmean)及正常肺组织的标准摄取值 (SUVlung)。所有病人的病变均手术切除明确诊断。结果 2 2例病人中 ,细支气管肺泡癌组织的FDG摄取均高于相应的正常肺组织 (P <0 0 0 1)。SUVmax、SUVmean和SUVlung分别为 2 99± 1 35、2 2 8± 1 0 5和 0 38±0 0 9。细支气管肺泡癌SUV与肿瘤大小正相关 (P <0 0 0 5 )。 14例 (6 3 6 % )SUVmean与 9例 (40 9% )SUVmax低于 2 5。结论 肺细支气管肺泡癌组织的FDG摄取高于正常肺组织 ,但是许多细支气管肺泡癌SUV低于 2 5 ,造成了FDG PET检查中的假阴性。
Objective: To assess the peculiarity in fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake in patients with bronchial alveolar carcinoma. Methods: From December, 1998 to April, 2002, 22 patients with bronchial alveolar carcinoma (BAC) were imaged with FDG-PET (positron emission tomography) before surgery. Their maximum and mean standard uptake value (SUVmax and SUVmean ) of tumor and SUV of normal lung (SUVlung) were measured. Results: All tumors were detected by FDG-PET. FDG uptake of tumor was higher than that of normal lung (P<0。001). SUVmax, SUVmean and SUVlung were 2。99±1。35, 2。28±1。05 and 0。38±0。09, respectively. Correlation were found between FDG uptake and tumor size (P<0.005). SUVmean in 14 tumors (14/22, 63。6%) and SUVmax in 9 tumors (9/22, 40。9%) were lower than 2.5. Conclusion: SUV is higher in bronchial alveolar carcinoma than in normal lung tissue. The false negative rate is lower in bronchial alveolar carcinoma by FDG-PET.
