摘要
含维纶产品因其独特的工艺条件使其在精纺毛织物后整理加工过程中与常规产品相比技术难度大 ,对后整理过程中的退维工艺进行了研究 ,利用正交实验的方法得出了最佳工艺 ,对生产实践有指导意义。
Finishing technology of worsted fabric including water-soluble PVA carrier fiber is more difficult than the routinely worsted fabric because of its particular process.This paper researches the Vinylon-dissolution process in finishing by means of experimentations,optimum parameters are obtained,which can be used as reference for manufacturers.
