灌注CT与脑电地形图在急性脑梗死早期诊断中的对比研究

摘要 目的:探讨灌注CT与脑电地形图在急性脑梗死早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:对33例发病24小时内的颈内动脉系统急性脑梗死患者行脑电地形图与灌注CT检查,并对两者的应用价值进行比较和分析。结果:灌注CT、脑电地形图均可提高急性脑梗死的早期诊断率,并可对病灶的范围和程度进行量化评价。结论:灌注CT、脑电地形图均可作为急性脑梗死早期诊断的有效方法,两者各有优缺点,结合使用可进一步提高急性脑梗死的早期诊断率。 Objective: To study the applied value of perfusion CT and BEAM in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The perfusion CT and BEAM of 33 patients with acute cerebral infarction during the initial 24 hours after the onset of disease were examined and their applied value was compared. Results: Perfusion CT and BEAM can increase diagnostic rate of acute cerebral infarction in early period. And they can display the ischemic range of focus and evaluate quantitatively its ischemic degree. Conclusions: Perfusion CT and BEAM were effective diagnosic methods in early period of acute cerebral infarction, and both combination can increase further early diagnostic rate.
