Labor Protection Measures for Floating Female Population

妇女劳动权益保护是妇女权益保护的一个重要方面,目前我国保障妇女劳动权益的法律规范体系已基本形成,但是在妇女流动人口的劳动权益的保障问题中,仍是空白;经过多年的实践,已经显现出《妇女权益保障法》存在不少欠缺,有待从立法观念、具体保护和惩戒措施、法律救济途径及执法监督等方面予以完善,切实保障妇女的劳动权益。

Labor protection for female workers is an important aspect in protecting rights and interests of the female. At present the labor protection law for protecting women' s rights and interests has been established while that of floating female population is still a vacant. It is proved that Law for Protecting Women' s Rights and Interest has many shortcomings and needs to be improved in many aspects in oider to protect women' s working rights and interests.
