入世后高等政法教育改革与发展探析

Analysis of the Reform and Development of the higher Politics and Law Education after China's Entry into WTO

入世给高等政法教育带来了机遇和挑战的同时,迫切需要加强和改进政法人才培养工作。针时目前高等政法教育改革与发展过程中存在的问题与不足,在办学体制、管理体制、投资体制、教学改革、队伍建设、对外交流合作等方面提出对策建议。

China's entry into WTO brings opportunities as well as challenges to higher politics and law education, which makes it urgent to strengthen and improve the tasks of cultivating talents of politics and law. This paper aims at the problems and shortcomings in the process of developing and reforming the higher education of politics and law. It provides many reasonable suggestions in the following aspects: system of school running, system of management, system of investment, teaching reform, foreign Communilation and looperation, etc.
