试论都市化发展中的城市市民素质——以浙江省会城市杭州为例

On City Population Qualities in the Course of Urbanization ——A Case Study of the Urban Citizens in Hangzhou

对浙江省杭州市城市市民素质现状进行了分析,提出了构建城市市民素质指标体系的设想,认为城市市民素质指标体系可以分成四个部分,即市民素质的条件指标、结构指标、主体指标和都市化特点指标,并根据这一研究构想提出了"十五"期间杭州市市民素质发展目标。

This paper discusses the problems of city population qualities in the course of urbanization based on the case study of the urban citizens in Hangzhou, proposing to construct an index system of citizen qualities. The author divides the index system into four parts: the condition index, the construction index, the subject index, and the urbanization index. According to this proposition, the author sets the development goal of Hangzhou urban population qualities in the Tenth Five-Year Plan.
