Enterprise Life cycle theory is a general rule in their developing process.With the erterprise rouing up,the formulation of dvevelopment strategy has been very important work for the management of enterprises.The article is foused on private enterprise,combining with their practical situations in Qiqihar city,and analyse natures of different stages in the private enterprise Life cycle,then form their oun development strategy.
