无论是马克思主义产权理论 ,还是现代西方产权理论都认为 :产权制度是一定经济关系或所有制关系在运行和操作层次中的具体形式。笔者试图通过我国所有制结构形式的变化 。

Both Maxist property theory and Modern western property theory think that property system is a kind of concrete form on the level of function and operation concerning about certain relationship of economy and system of ownership.This paper attempts of analyze and discuss,through the structural form transformation of the system of ownership of our country,the reform trend of state enterprise property and some concrete means which are being resorted to.
