农村教育对我国的教育有着举足轻重的作用。目前我国正处在剧烈的社会转型时期,农村教师的角色活动不可避免地会受到经济发展水平、社会思想潮流和政府现行政策的影响。

The article focuses on the role concept, analysing the role conflicts and pointing out the inherent factor and external factor in the contryside teacher's role conflicts aggravated, set forth the contryside teacher's role conflicts manifestation from four aspects, and the counermeasure are put forward to mitigate the contryside teacher's role conflicts.
