摘要
根据印染加工的特点,分别测定了大豆蛋白质纤维的热稳定性、耐酸耐碱性、吸酸吸碱量、耐氧化还原性及不同漂白剂的漂白效果.探讨了过氧化氢漂白工艺对大豆蛋白纤维针织物白度和顶破强力的影响.应用正交实验方法,对漂白工艺进行了优化.实验结果表明,大豆蛋白纤维具有良好的耐酸碱性及耐氧化还原性.
The thermal stability ,acid-resistance, alkali-resistance, oxidation-resistance, acid and alkali absorption of the soybean protein fibers were determined according to printing and dyeing process. It is to discuss in detail the effect of H_2O_2 bleaching process on the whiteness and strength of soybean protein fiber knitted fabrics. The optimum bleaching conditions are selected by orthogonal experiments. The result shows that the soybean protein fibers possess good chemical stability.
