摘要
运用运动生理学、运动医学、体育学的理论与方法,对轻体育的涵义、特点进行了界定;对轻体育健身的运动生理学依据和轻体育的健身功效进行了探讨。结论是:轻体育是全民健身的好形式,具有预防疾病、拮抗亚健康、延缓衰老等健身功效。
By means of the theoies and methods of sports physiology, sports medical science, sports culture, this paper presents the definition and characteristics to light physical training and approaches the sports physiological bases on light physical training body-building and its effects. The conclusions are that light physical training is a good form of nationwide fitness programs, with such body-building effects as illness prevention, sub-health resistance, old age prolonging , etc.
