股骨头缺血性坏死X线CT与ECT影像研究

Study on X-ray, CT and ECT of Ischemic Necrosis Femoris

目的 探讨股骨头缺血性坏死的影像学检查所见 ,总结该病的X线、CT与ECT的诊断标准。方法 分析 82例股骨头缺血性坏死病例的早期、中期及治疗后的X线、CT与ECT扫描的全部影像资料。结果 股骨头缺血性坏死各期的影像均有一定特征性征象。结论 X线、CT与ECT等影像检查是诊断股骨头缺血性坏死的可靠诊断依据 ,并对病情观察与判断预后有重要临床价值。

Objective To discuss the imaging studies of ischemic necrosis femoris and summarize the diagnostic standard of X-ray, CT and ECT. Methods The imaging materials of 82 cases of such patients were analyzed. Results The ischemic necrosis femoris had showed the varied characteristics in different imaging signs. Conclusion The X-ray, CT and ECT could supply the reliable diagnosis and might have important observation and prognosis value.
