How to Modernize Chinese Farmers'Legal Sense during the Transitional Period

改革开放20多年来,以经济为先导的农村改革正日益深入地影响着农村政治社会关系。依法治国方略的确立,法制的日趋完善,使得行政——政策一统天下的格局被打破。然而,农民尤其是边远贫困地区的农民,他们的法律意识依然很淡漠,这成为当前农村法制建设的一大难点。中国农民法律意识现代化必须要谋求相应的出路。

With 20-year open policy of reform, the rural reform oriented by economy has been increasingly influencing the rural political and social connections. With the legal construction and the rule of law, the situation of administration has been broken. However, the farmers, especially those in poor and remote areas, are still blind to legal sense, which has become a barrier to the legal construction in the countryside. Therefore, the corresponding measures should be made to modernize Chinese farmers' legal sense.
