摘要
执政党的基础是人民群众,人心向背是决定一个政党、政权盛衰的根本因素。中国共产党人的世界观、性质、宗旨决定了其立党为公、执政为民的必然性。执政党唯有执政为民,其地位才能稳固持久。
The masses are the basis of party in power and the party with the people's trust is powerful.The world outlook,the nature and the aim of the Communist Party of China have decided it's necessary for the party to work for the public and the people.Therefore,only if the ruling party is in power for the people,can its position be steady and lasting.
